Our "Pocket" Listings
Pocket listings are homes that the seller would sell, if conditions were right, but has not officially listed with an agent or company. Typically, the seller would consider selling directly to a buyer without the services of a Realtor and the list price does not generally include commission to agents. Most agents keep such listings in their “pocket” in case a buyer comes along who would want the property. At Mason Realty Group, we’ll go a step farther for those who want to sell their home but have not or cannot list their home with a Realtor.
